NASCAR Atlanta 2019: Key information for Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 – USA TODAY

It’s NASCAR race day at Atlanta Motor Speedway, and we’ve got all the information you need to get ready for today’s Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500, the second race of the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series:

START TIME: 2 p.m. ET. GREEN FLAG: 2:16 p.m. ET.

United State Marine Corps Brigadier General Julian Dale Alford (via video) will instruct drivers to start their engines at 2:08 p.m. ET. 

TV: Fox. Pre-race broadcast begins at 1:30 p.m. ET.

RADIO: Performance Racing Network. STREAMING: Fox Sports Go.

RACE DISTANCE: 325 laps around the 1.5-mile track for a total of 500 miles.

STAGE LENGTHS (laps per stage): Stage 1: 85, Stage 2: 85, Stage 3: 155.

Kevin Harvick is all smiles after winning the 2018 Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

NATIONAL ANTHEM: Singer Billy Gilman, runner-up on season 11 of The Voice, will perform the anthem at 2:01 p.m., followed by a flyover by four T-38s from the 301st Fighter Squadron at Tyndall Air Force Base.

WEATHER: Decent. The Weather Channel is calling for partly cloudy skies with high temperatures in the low 60s.

LAST TIME: Kevin Harvick dominated, leading 181 of 325 laps, en route to the first of three consecutive victories early in 2018.

LINEUP: Aric Almirola gave the new Mustang its first pole of the NASCAR season as Ford swept the top three spots in qualifying.
