With the Coke Zero Sugar 400 in the rear-view mirror, the NASCAR circuit looks ahead to the Quaker State 400 Presented by Walmart, taking place this Saturday, July 13, at Kentucky Speedway. This will be another loaded field, and it is the first trip of the season to the Kentucky Speedway.
Let’s take a look at some drivers to watch out for when you’re putting together your fantasy lineup for this weekend.
Brad Keselowski has won this event three times before, and despite a terrible showing last week in Daytona (finished 39th), he has proven this season that he’s great at bouncing back. In his eight total appearances at this track, Keselowski has finished seventh or better in each of them.
Like Keselowski, Kyle Busch has struggled as of late, finishing outside the top 10 in each of his last two races. Although, coming back to Kentucky could bring him some much-needed success. He has won this race two times before and has finished in the top 5 in six of his eight total appearances at this event.
Martin Truex Jr.
To round out this list of drivers that are great at bouncing back, we’re going with Martin Truex Jr, who has placed in the top 3 each time he has finished outside the top 10 the previous week. Truex Jr. finished 22nd last week in Daytona, and he will be going for his third consecutive win at this event Saturday.
