Bethany Garcia, 41, was driving the golf cart with her young daughter in her lap in parking Lot D around 5:20 p.m., approximately two hours after the NASCAR Monster Energy Cup Series Toyota/Save Mart 350 race
ended at the raceway, the CHP said.
Garciaâs alleged intoxication and an unsafe turning movement in an E-Z Go golf cart caused her to drive directly into a Carson City woman, the CHP said.

Garcia was arrested on suspicion of DUI causing injury and booked into the Sonoma County Jail, Renspurger said.
