It’s not every day that race winning cars from some of the best teams in motorsport get offered for sale, but that’s exactly what’s happening at two upcoming auctions.

A pair of NASCAR Xfinity series cars are up for grabs as part of an online bankruptcy auction later today, while a Cup series car will raise money for charity three days later.

CA Global Partners will be auctioning off seized assets from DC Solar. The company, a sponsor of Chip Ganassi Racing in NASCAR and Dreyer & Reinbold Racing in Americas Rallycross, filed for bankruptcy earlier this year following an FBI investigation into the company’s CEO Jeff Carpoff at the end of 2018.

In the auction two Ganassi Xfinity cars will be sold off. One, a #48 Chevrolet from the 2017 season, comes complete with an engine and gearbox, but appears to have never been raced, per the auction listing.

The second car listed doesn’t have its engine or gearbox, but it does have a much more interesting history being the car that Kyle Larson raced to victory in the 2018 Firecracker 250 at Daytona (top) – a race in which he also led the most laps. It even comes still with dirt and victory lane confetti still covering the car.

On October 4 the exact car that Brad Keselowski raced to victory in the 2018 Southern 500 (below) will go under the hammer at Barrett Jackson’s Las Vegas Auction at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.

Donning a paint scheme tribute to former-Penske driver Rusty Wallace and complete with its 775 bhp V8 engine, the car has been donated to the auction by Team Penske and all proceeds from its sale will benefit 160 different American charities.

The Cup car will be one of three rare Fords up for grabs for charity along with a 2005 Ford GT used for test and development purposes, and an aviation-inspired 2009 Mustang that was designed by a team which included Mustang designer Doug Gaffka and engineer Paul Randle.

At the same auction a 2006-07 NASCAR Cup series Ford Fusion will also go across the block. The car, previously driven by Dale Jarrett and Ricky Rudd, was built by Robert Yates Racing and comes in complete running order with documentation.
